It will take more than high-sounding rhetoric to rid our country of the evil practice called money politics; it will take courage, sacrifice and political will to fight this scourge.
Corrupt leaders, who buy their way up the political ladder, are a bane to society and one should be very wary of them. Their insatiable lust for greed knows no bounds. Imagine the untold damage they can inflict when they hold the reigns of power. Lacking moral integrity they intentionally maim and destroy what took generations to accomplish.
Controversial and corrupt politicians must have no place in any administration as corruption distorts the values that are essential to maintaining a peaceful and orderly society.
It is everyone’s responsibility to rid the country of such corrupt leaders.
Corruption shouldn’t be made our way of life. If left unchecked it will reach a point where you will not be able to conduct normal business without having to pave the way with bribes and kickbacks for simple services.
